Our history

CMB was founded in 1976 by Banca Commerciale Italiana (BCI) and a number of major international partners and has established itself as the bank of reference of the principality of Monaco ever since.
Thanks to its S.A.M. status, (Monegasque Limited Company) with a capital of 111 110 000 Euros, CMB enjoys total autonomy by centralizing and managing its business, operations and decisions.
