The CMB Monaco Real Estate Limited Fund is a collective real estate investment fund registered under the Jersey law. It is a closed-ended fund providing access to a diversified portfolio of on “high standing” residential real estate in the Principality of Monaco.

Investment Objective

The Monaco Real Estate Fund is tailored for investors and private individuals looking for investment opportunities with diversification.

The fund allows investors to diversify their portfolio and participate in important and exceptional projects, otherwise not easily accessible.  The fund also allows investors to realize higher returns compared to other asset classes (money market, bonds) and to protect against inflation.

During its lifetime, the fund seeks to realize a targeted return of 150 bp above the French inflation rate (source INSEE).

Monaco Real Estate Market

The CMB Monaco Real Estate Fund allows an investment in a market with a very favourable outlook. The Real Estate Market in Monaco is in fact characterized by the domination of high-end residential properties, a strong demand due to the limited number of offers and a solid and a continued rise in prices.

In addition to the strong fiscal advantages, Monaco offers an exceptional living environment thanks to its security and personal safety features, a well-managed health system, an outstanding infrastructure for travel and transport and the various cultural and sporting events.

The fund’s current strategy is to target highly exclusive and rare real estate properties.
