Marine Tarditi
Career
Marine Tarditi serves as Head of Legal at CMB Monaco.
She holds the CAPA (French Bar Qualification Certificate) and a degree from EDHEC (Banking Law and Management). She worked for ten years as a banking, regulatory and financial law attorney at the international business law firm Allen & Shearman (formerly Allen & Overy) before joining the bank. She worked in London, Paris and Luxembourg on major cross-border transactions, advising financial institutions as well as corporate clients.
Drawing on this international experience, she chose to return to the Principality of Monaco, where she is originally from, in 2020. She continued her professional career there for nearly five years at the law firm CMS Monaco and later at the legal advisory firm Gordon Blair.
Within CMB Monaco, she oversees in particular litigation management, international debt recovery measures, the handling of client complaints, and the monitoring of succession files. She works on all tax and regulatory issues – both banking and financial – and also ensures the adequacy and monitoring of insurance coverage for the Group’s entities. Finally, she provides the corporate secretarial function for the CMB Monaco, CMB Red and CMG entities, coordinating their institutional and corporate follow-up.
