After graduating from the University of Porto as a sports and physical educator, Luis Campos signed his first contract as a physical trainer for Uniao Leiria before becoming the club's head coach at the age of 27.

Polyglot, he created T2P (Train to Play) with former coach Americo Magalhães, a package of training methods and equipment dedicated to the sport, to optimise the performance of football teams.
He has also developed a high-level software package for searching and monitoring player lists.

After spending some time with Real Madrid, he joined AS Monaco in 2013, where he became the club's technical director and was a major contributor to the club's title in the 2016-2017 season. He then joined LOSC from 2017 to 2020.
