CMB Monaco reaffirms its commitment to equal pay with a second Fair-ON-Pay certification
CMB Monaco announces the renewal of its Fair-ON-Pay certification, confirming that equal pay between women and men is upheld across the Bank.
This new certification follows an initial cycle conducted between July 2022 and July 2026. It is based on a statistical analysis drawing on data covering all 276 employees of the Bank.
The analysis was carried out in accordance with the international Fair-ON-Pay standard by Comp-On AG, a recognised expert in equal pay matters. The results show that the gender pay gap at CMB Monaco stands below the statistical tolerance threshold of 5%. On the basis of these results, the global quality control body SGS awarded CMB Monaco the Fair-ON-Pay certificate, a distinction recognising the Bank as an equitable employer.
"This recertification reflects a long-term commitment rather than a one-off exercise. Equal pay is, for us, a management principle in its own right, on a par with the excellence we pursue in serving our clients. It also contributes to establishing CMB Monaco as an employer of reference in Monaco, able to attract and retain the very best talent."
— Nathalie Aresi, Head of Human Resources, CMB Monaco
About the Fair-ON-Pay certification
Fair-ON-Pay enables companies to have compliance with equal pay between women and men verified through a standardised review process. The methodology is based on Logib, recognised as a best practice by the Equal Pay International Coalition. Analyses are conducted by experts accredited by the Fair-ON-Pay association, and the certification, valid for four years, is issued by the global quality control body SGS. Periodic monitoring is carried out to ensure that equal pay continues to be upheld over time.
The standard rests on two components: compliance with statistical criteria (minimum headcount, balanced representation of both sexes, pay gap tolerance threshold, regression quality) and transparent, compliant implementation of the analysis.
